Order Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Customs & Import Taxes

For orders outside the UK, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Packaging & Handling

All artwork is carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, your confirmation email will include a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.

Returning an Item

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return most items purchased online within 14 days of receiving them. However, custom artworks and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Eligible Returns

• ✔ It is a non-customised, non-personalised product.
• ✔ It is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging.
• ✔ The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.
• ✔ The item is not excluded from returns (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

• ❌ Custom-made artworks or personalised pieces (unless faulty or damaged).
• ❌ Gift cards or digital products.
• ❌ Items returned after 14 days from delivery.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at audreyszabo@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
3. If the item is damaged or faulty, attach clear photos showing the issue.
4. We will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

• 🚚 If returning due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return postage.
• 🚚 If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.

Refunds & Processing Time

• 💰 Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• 💰 Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• 💰 Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for faulty or incorrect items.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

• ✔ Photos of the damaged item and packaging
• ✔ A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
